Information for Presenters

Speaker presentation Instructions
All presenters are kindly requested to upload their presentations via an AV technician in the speaker preparation area which is located on Level 3 within the exhibition area, adjacent to Booth Weld Australia (number 6). We encourage all speakers to upload your presentation on Wednesday morning between 7.30am and 1.30pm. The speaker preparation area will also be available on Thursday until 1.30pm. The ASN registration desk can direct you to the speaker preparation area if required.

AV technician available in each room
An AV technician will be present to provide assistance in the room designated for your presentation. However, please note that they are unable to directly upload your presentation. Kindly ensure that you upload your presentation to the speaker preparation room as indicated earlier.

PowerPoints/USB submission
We kindly request that you bring your presentation on a USB drive to facilitate uploading in the speaker preparation room. Additionally, if your PowerPoint includes animations or other features, we recommend testing it beforehand to ensure smooth presentation delivery. Thank you for your cooperation and preparedness.

Arriving 15 minutes before start of session
Please ensure you arrive at the designated presentation room at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This will allow you ample opportunity to check your presentation, meet with your chair, and coordinate with co-speakers. Thank you for your punctuality and collaboration in ensuring a seamless event.

Keeping to allocated time
It is crucial that each speaker adheres to their allocated presentation time to maintain the overall schedule of the program. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated as it ensures the smooth running of the event for all participants.
