The delegate registrations include;

• Access to the sessions of your choice 
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
• Barista coffee
• Convention Dinner (Wednesday 8 May 2024)
• Networking Reception (Thursday 9 May 2024)

Catering & Dietary Requirements

Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided throughout the Convention in the Exhibition Hall, located on level three in the foyer area. Additionally, a barista machine will be accessible during breaks and operational from the opening of registration until the start of sessions.

All dietary requirements provided at the time of registration have been communicated to the Sofitel and Sydney Opera House. Attendees with specific dietary needs will receive separate catering arrangements, with food items appropriately labelled for easy identification.

During the social functions, we kindly ask those with dietary requirements to introduce themselves to the staff who will be dedicated to ensuring your needs are met for the evening.

Storing Your Luggage

The Perth Cloak room, located on level three will be open 20 minutes prior to the Convention starting and will re-open 15 minutes prior to the day concluding and will remain open until required. The cloak room will re-open 15 minutes prior to the session starting on Thursday, and will re-open 15 minutes prior to the last session, remaining open until required. Please note, between these times, there will be no access to your luggage so please ensure you are willing to leave it for the day.
