Shae McGregor has an established career within the TAFE and Higher Education Sector undertaking a number of roles and responsibilities to support the engagement and progression of students from equity cohorts. Shae is an advocate for the value that education can bring to an individual, their immediate network and the larger community. In 2023 Shae was awarded a International Specialised Skills Institute (ISSI) Fellowship and has undertaking research into innovative international frameworks to support underrepresented students in post compulsory schooling.
